How to call an express company to pick up your parcel?

When we need to send a parcel by express, we have to call an express to place an order. How to do that in China?

For some express companies, such as SF express, we can place an order from their website, tell them where to pick up the parcel, the contact person, and contact telephone number, then that is ok. 

Most of the express companies need to make an call to their official telephone or their staffs who will pick up the parcel, and tell who you are, address to pick up the parcel, the contact person, and contact telephone number. For example, if you want to ask SF express to pick up your parcel, you can dial 4008 111 111, and press two times of 1 following by the voice tips, a girl or boy will contact the phone and service for you. Then you can say “您好，我要寄件…” The staff will ask your name, and your address, contact telephone number, contact person. After everything confirm, a SF staff will pick up your parcel later.
